Why we do this

To give young men a laid-back, conversational setting where they can hear the stories behind success — the early beginnings, detours, and lessons that don’t always show up on a résumé.

As a highschool group, our goal is to share the many different paths to a meaningful and successful life — not through textbooks, but through real voices and lived experience. Success can come from luck, hard work, faith, relationships, failure — or often, all of the above. By listening to the honest reflections of those who’ve walked before them, we hope these young men will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to lead and live well.

Speakers

Take a look at our past speakers and the upcoming list of people we’re inviting to join us. We are always looking for great speakers who are invested in mentoring the next generation and willing to share the real stories behind their success. In a laid-back setting, our speakers talk openly about the early beginnings, the missteps, and the decisions that shaped their path. The boys are especially interested in the backstory — how grit, persistence, and adaptability matter just as much as talent. For speakers, it’s also a chance to reflect on your own journey and connect with an audience that’s curious, honest, and hungry to learn. Every conversation has the potential to spark a lasting impact long after the evening ends.

What People Are Saying

“What I like most is hearing how these guys failed and kept going to make it to the top of their careers. It is good to hear that I don’t have to be perfect right now to end up doing something great.”
