Our goal through this speaker series is to share the many paths to a successful life with our boys through the amazing people in our community.

Vision

Leadership Life Lessons is a speaker series dedicated to helping high school boys hear firsthand the stories of success, failure, growth, and resilience from remarkable people in our own community. Benefits the boys and also the successful men who speak to us as they share their story and revisit their own path

Pathfinders began when two high school friends, Ryan Fonk and William “Quinn” Reid, realized they had crossed paths with a lot of inspiring people through their parents over the years — at dinner tables, work events, and get-togethers — adults they’d met or heard stories about but never really talked to. At this age, when everyone is asking “what do you want to do?” and the future feels uncertain, they wanted to hear how those inspiring men actually got started. They quickly discovered that most successful men didn’t follow a straight line. Many changed paths, failed, started over, and found success in unexpected ways. That realization inspired them to create Pathfinders — a chance to sit down in a laid-back setting, ask honest questions, and learn that there’s no single formula for success.
